📖 SYNOPSIS
"Ima, Futari no Michi" is a short anime dedicated to honoring those who aided in the reconstruction of Miyagi Prefecture following the 2011 disaster and to preserve the memories of the victims. The story centers on Jun Agatsuma and Kunpei Satou, both 16-year-old high school students. Jun's father is a doctor, and she contemplates her future. Kunpei's father is a fisherman, and Kunpei is slated to take over the family business. Their lives are irrevocably altered when the devastating earthquake and tsunami strike their area. As Miyagi Prefecture begins its long road to recovery, the two students must determine their paths forward, grappling with the challenges and changes brought about by the disaster. The characters are voiced by individuals connected to Miyagi Prefecture.
