馃摉 SYNOPSIS
"Himouto! Umaru-chan R" follows Umaru, a high school student admired for her beauty and intelligence. However, behind closed doors, Umaru sheds her perfect persona, becoming a lazy, junk-food-consuming, and video-game-addicted recluse. This secret life is known only to her older brother, Taihei, who works hard to support them both. Taihei is constantly trying to encourage Umaru to act like a responsible member of society, a task made difficult by her love of potato chips and anime. As Umaru navigates her double life, she forms new friendships and finds herself in various comical situations. The series explores themes of family, responsibility, and the contrast between public and private personas. Umaru's fight to maintain her preferred lifestyle of late-night snacking and anime marathons continues.
