📖 SYNOPSIS
This CG movie adapts the storyline of the ".hack//G.U." trilogy, placing viewers in the online world of "The World:R2." Haseo, once known as the "Terror of Death," is a player seeking vengeance. He is targeted by Azure Kite, who Data Drains him, leaving him weakened and stripped of his abilities. Haseo's quest is driven by his desire to save his friend, Shino, who was attacked by the PK Tri-Edge and left in a coma.
As Haseo struggles to regain his strength, he gains the Avatar Skeith, granting him the power of Data Drain. Armed with this newfound power, Haseo begins his quest to find Tri-Edge, whose victims are unable to return to the game. The movie explores themes of revenge, loss, and the mysteries hidden within the virtual world.
