馃摉 SYNOPSIS
The Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture, or Genshiken, at Shiiou University, begins a new semester, welcoming fresh faces. President Chika Ogiue finds herself managing a club now populated by a group of yaoi-obsessed fujoshis. The club, originally a haven for otaku to share their passions for anime, manga, and video games, faces a shift in dynamics. Simultaneously, the original Genshiken members, having graduated, grapple with their new lives outside the club, attempting to integrate into society. The series explores the evolving nature of the club and the challenges faced by both current and former members as they navigate their interests and adult responsibilities.
