📖 SYNOPSIS

The anime centers on a woman who has withdrawn from the world, choosing to live without engaging with the outside. This detachment extends to her clothing; she doesn't wear any. Her routine, however, is disrupted when she runs out of the cornflakes she consumes daily. The narrative explores the contrast between this isolated existence and the societal structures that govern daily life. The act of getting dressed, a symbol of participation in the "social system," is juxtaposed with the woman's chosen freedom. The story suggests that even when escaping societal norms, the need to re-engage with them may eventually arise. The film originated as a graduate work from the Tokyo University of the Arts.
