Synopsis
All Densuke Mifune wants is to survive high school without being noticed. That plan falls apart about thirty seconds in when he literally crashes into Chiharu, the most popular girl at a school with thirty-five thousand students. Before he can process what happened, a forceful club president named Kirika swoops in and conscripts them both into the Eiken Club — an organization whose purpose is never entirely clear, but whose membership is almost entirely made up of extremely well-endowed women with zero personal space awareness. Densuke, being the genre's designated every-man, is now drowning in exactly the kind of attention he didn't want. The two-episode OVA leans hard into ecchi comedy territory, with exaggerated character designs and scenarios that are more absurd than serious. It's not trying to be subtle, and it's not pretending to be something it isn't. The humor is broad, the situations are ridiculous, and the whole thing runs on the logic that turning every harem trope up past eleven is its own form of commentary. If you've seen Green Green or Kanokon and wanted something even more over-the-top, this scratches that itch. Fans of Manyuu Hiken-chou who appreciate when a show fully commits to its bit will recognize the energy here. It's a short watch — two episodes, done — and it functions best if you treat it as a parody of a genre rather than a straightforward example of one.
