"Concrete Revolutio The Last Song" unfolds in an alternate Japan, twenty years after a war, where superhumans are a reality. These individuals, born from various origins like space, mythology, and scientific advancements, exist openly or in secrecy. The Japanese government established the Superhuman Bureau, a division of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to oversee and safeguard these superpowered beings. Jiro Hitoyoshi, a member of the Bureau, serves as the protagonist. The series explores the challenges of integrating superhumans into society, the conflicts between those who embrace their abilities and those who hide them, and the threats posed by organizations that oppose superhumans, all within a context of maintaining peace and order.
