📖 SYNOPSIS
Meet Aoyama: a soccer prodigy who also happens to be a massive germaphobe. He refuses to touch other players, avoids sliding tackles like they're existential threats, and will sanitize his hands mid-match if things get too grimy. And yet, somehow, he's the best player on Fujimi High School's team. The whole premise of this 12-episode TV series is watching a guy dominate a sport that's basically designed to get you dirty, while never compromising on his obsessive cleanliness. It's as ridiculous as it sounds, and the show leans all the way into it. His teammates range from confused to starstruck, and his rival-turned-partner Kaoru Zaizen — the former playmaker — has to figure out how to share the field with someone who won't even accept a high-five. Beyond the soccer matches, the series is really a character comedy about the weird orbit Aoyama creates around himself. Everyone at school is fascinated by him, but nobody can get close, literally or figuratively. The humor sits in that gap between his cool exterior and the absurd lengths he goes to stay clean. If you liked the "effortlessly perfect protagonist everyone idolizes" vibe from Sakamoto desu ga? or Handa-kun, this is in that same lane but with actual sports stakes mixed in. It's light, it's funny, and it never tries to be more than what it is — which honestly works in its favor.
