📖 SYNOPSIS
"Chenmo Zhi Lan" unfolds in the City of Sin, a futuristic metropolis in a galaxy where advanced technology has led to widespread physical modification. The story centers on the escalating chaos caused by weaponized cyborgs, a result of the machinations of the high-tech criminal organization known as Illum. To combat this threat, the Tacit Blue investigation team, spearheaded by Carl, is formed. They embark on a perilous struggle against Illum, engaging in life-and-death confrontations to restore order.
As the team delves deeper into the conflict, they uncover a shocking conspiracy behind the cyborg riots, revealing a threat that could destabilize the entire galaxy.
