📖 SYNOPSIS
In this adaptation, the fallen samurai Manji is cursed with immortality, forced to wander the Earth and commit endless acts of violence. To escape his eternal torment and regain his mortality, he must slay one thousand evil souls, a daunting task that would take a mortal warrior a lifetime. Manji's lonely quest leaves a trail of carnage, until he encounters Rin, a young woman consumed by vengeance. Her family and school were brutally murdered, and she vows to avenge them, even if it costs her life. Their paths cross, and they become bound together in a world of violence and death. The anime explores themes of mortality, revenge, and the consequences of violence.
