"Black Jack Specials: Inochi wo Meguru Yottsu no Kiseki" follows the exploits of Black Jack, a young Japanese doctor renowned as the "Surgeon with the Hands of God." He journeys across the globe, showcasing his extraordinary surgical abilities. Despite his undeniable talent, Black Jack is ostracized by the medical establishment due to his rebellious nature and refusal to adhere to conventional practices. He also demands exorbitant fees for his services. Accompanying him is Pinoko, a child-like figure he created from a teratoma, who insists on being his wife.
