Ugh, this episode is such a beautiful, bittersweet slow burn. We finally get the deep-dive lore and emotional depth needed to flesh out Anne’s traumatic past. Even if the pacing dragged a bit during the farm chores and the green gables intro felt lowkey tense, the character dynamics are already fire.
