The third season of "Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai!" follows the ongoing adventures of Shi Miao and her older brother, Shi Fen. Shi Fen, perpetually wary of his sister's fiery temper, continues to be the target of her antics. They navigate their carefree high school days alongside their friends and classmates, experiencing the ups and downs of adolescence.
