I am surprised how much I like the all ages version because the art style is great even without the explicit scenes

that supervisor chapter shift felt like a totally different anime and it actually felt so creepy seeing how deranged these people are

they are really focusing on the plot lately, and it feels like a total psychological horror story now

the way elishia just keeps winning makes you wonder if anyone can even stop him at this point and that supervisor scene was so creepy

I did not expect this to turn into a psychological horror show and seeing the supervisor move in like that was actually scary

The sound design whenever they were in the hospital room alone made everything feel so much more quiet and awkward

Watching her maintain her professional nurse persona while she is clearly dying inside from the situation is such a specific mood

The art style on the close ups was even better than the previous episodes and it made the visuals during the procedure look so clean

I felt bad for him when he started apologizing for his condition while she was just trying to finish up the procedure

You can really see how the pressure is getting to Yamada since he simply can’t use his hands and has to rely on someone who clearly hates being there, and the animation on Tachibana’s facial expressions when she gets annoyed is actually decent and the way they show her staying professional despite her attitude makes the whole hospital setup feel a lot more tense

Tachibana being so moody and mean while she handles the treatment makes the dynamic way more interesting than if she was just nice

Yamada feeling so much guilt for forcing Tachibana into this position while he has broken hands adds a lot to the tension

Tachibana’s voice actor really nails that cold tone, and it made me feel so awkward for Yamada during the treatment

Dealing with that much pain every few hours sounds like a nightmare for Yamada and you can tell he hates asking her for help

I think the way Tachibana looks at him with so much disgust while still doing her job made that whole treatment scene so much more intense

where is the actual action because the title promised something totally different and instead we are just getting all this weird talk about hospital management and ethics which is not what i signed up for

it is actually crazy how much better the writing is when they focus on the shitty hospital conditions instead of just the fanservice beats because the atmosphere in that ward is suffocating

The way this episode handles the LEL organization and their messed up logic about equal rights while forcing people into labor is actually kind of terrifying. You go into it expecting some trashy show because of the title, but the psychological weight of Tachibana being stuck in this system is what actually keeps you watching until the credits roll.

Tachibana looks like she has completely given up on life and the way this story is leaning into a dark thriller vibe makes me way more uncomfortable than the actual premise ever did

I never thought a series with this name would actually have a plot but seeing the way the hospital staff operates is genuinely unsettling and Yamada just feels like a prisoner in that bed

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off the intense and turbulent interactions with Nurse Numajiri in Episode 6, this episode functions as a deliberate reset — introducing Kiritani as an apparent tonal counterpoint to Yamada's previous caregivers. At Episode 7 of 10, the series is deep into its final stretch, and Kiritani's introduction serves as setup for revelations and escalations likely to carry through the remaining three episodes.
