My heart broke hearing about how the Kozuki clan lost everything and Oden getting executed is just pure evil and I really need to see Kaido get punched for this

It was pretty cool seeing the alliance finally start the raid operation, especially after hearing about the tragedy of the Kozuki family and how Kaido ruined Wano

Seeing those factories ruining the land while the people suffer is so grim and it makes the plan to take down Kaido feel way more urgent

Kinemon telling the story of Oden Castle burning made everything feel so heavy and the time travel thing with Toki actually makes sense now
jessie's avatar

The reveal that Momonosuke and the others actually came from the past blew my mind and Toki having that power changes everything about the story

Nami getting stuck with that tiny ninja outfit while everyone else gets cool robes is hilarious and she looks so done with the kunoichi life

Zoro is just off on his own while everyone else is stressing over the details of the raid and it was funny how he does not care at all

Sanji being a total mess whenever Okiku is on screen is funny and his reactions always give some good laughs during the heavy lore bits

How on earth did the scabbards even process seeing Wano after all that time, completely unrecognizable? I found myself just staring, completely thrown by their raw despair, imagining the utter heartbreak of finding your home utterly transformed. My brain still gets stuck on the sheer logistics of that time-travel leap, and I can't wait to see if they explain it fully.

Kinemon's flashback to the burning castle really got to me, seeing all that destruction and realizing how much he and the others actually sacrificed. It makes me wonder if that's why they're so driven now, carrying such a heavy burden from leaving their home behind.

Okiku is definitely hiding something and I am curious to see where that character goes because she seems way stronger than she lets on

hearing the rumors that the luffy and kaido fight might look even better than the katakuri one has me hyped because that animation was already the best the show has ever looked in my opinion

My heart broke for Momonosuke hearing his moms last words and the way he has to carry the whole future of Wano on his tiny shoulders is a lot

i forgot how much i missed sanji being a total idiot for some laughs and he really came through this week even when things were getting all serious about the big raid on kaido

Hearing that the upcoming Kaido fight might look even better than the Snakeman stuff has me ready for the next few weeks because that dragon is scary
jiraiya_jester_50's avatar

The dragon teaser at the end was enough to make anyone nervous for what's next and it looks like the animation quality is about to go through the roof

The scale of this operation to take down Kaido is huge and seeing the whole alliance finally coming together makes the stakes feel real

I honestly think Kin'emon is the bravest guy for trying to lead this whole thing after skipping two decades. Seeing the Straw Hats just goofing around while he tries to explain a serious raid on an Emperor is such a classic dynamic, and hearing about how good the animation is going to be for the Kaido fight has me so hyped

the wano art style is so different and it really makes the whole atmosphere feel more special while everyone is getting ready for the secret operation to begin in flower capital

Sanji was being his usual self with the ladies but seeing the Straw Hats finally in the same place and planning a massive raid makes the whole war for the Kozuki family feel like it is actually starting

EPISODE CONTEXT

Following Episode 910's deep dive into legendary samurai lore and the history that fuels the alliance's resolve, Episode 911 pivots decisively into operational mode — translating admiration and motivation into concrete strategy. This episode serves as the critical bridge between the arc's world-building foundation and the large-scale confrontations ahead, particularly the raid operation that will define the arc's trajectory. It's a setup episode in the truest sense, but one that establishes the tactical framework every subsequent episode will build upon.
