poor usopp always wanted to be a captain and now that he is being treated as one he hates every second of it (not literally treated as captain but having highest bounty from everyone in his crew) C&A

Slower episode overall but we loved Rebecca finding out who her father was 🥺

Doflamingo really set up a whole slide show with flame backgrounds and sound effects and his production team must be working overtime on those graphics

Usopp went from being a total coward to having a five hundred million berry price on his head and that jump in value is just insane

Doflamingo's bounty reveal for Usoland totally caught me off guard – I actually gasped, thinking 'wait, how is he *that* famous already?' And honestly, that took all my attention away from Rebecca finally putting the pieces together about her dad, which felt a bit like it dragged on.

Doflamingo forcing regular people to hunt each other for money is so evil and it really shows how much of a terrifying villain he is when he plays these sick games

The pettiness of Doflamingo to spend his time making a flashy presentation with flames and cool portraits while the birdcage is killing everyone is hilarious

I really lost it when Luffy started laughing at Usopp for being worth more than him. God Usopp is finally official and his face of pure horror at the end made the episode

Doflamingo went all out on that presentation and it is still impossible to not laugh at God Usopp having the highest bounty of them all because the irony of him being the main target is absolutely hilarious

The irony of the name Usoland being used for the most wanted man in Dressrosa is too much and Doflamingo turning everyone against the Straw Hats was a genius move

I actually felt bad for Usopp once he realized that being a god just made him the number one target for every single person in the city and his reaction was everything I wanted

I am still reeling from the fact that Usopp got a five star rating, while Franky and Kin'emon only got one star, because that feels so disrespectful to my boys. Doflamingo has a hell of a production team for those bounty slides too, and seeing Sabo pop up on the screen made me realize how much trouble Luffy is in now

I cannot stop laughing at Usoland getting a five hundred million bounty. Doflamingo made him the biggest target and it is hilarious to see the dwarves turn on him so fast

I laughed so much when everyone turned on Usopp for that huge bounty even though the first twenty minutes felt like a lot of filler we already saw. Doflamingo making a literal game out of this and giving him five stars was hilarious because it shows how much he hates that sniper and now everyone is hunting him down.

The first half was honestly dragging so much with all the repeated scenes and it was boring waiting for the actual game part

Those people in the crowd are so fake for trying to kill Usopp for money after he literally just saved them from being toys

Doflamingo having those bounty pictures ready with the flame backgrounds and the sound effects makes you think he should stop being a pirate and start making video games instead

Pacing was kind of dragging during the Rebecca scenes but the reveal of the five star bounty for Usopp saved it and made the whole thing worth watching for that joke alone

Rebecca finally remembering her father was a sweet moment, but it feels like the show has used that same exact flashback way too many times lately.

That part where Bartolomeo lost his mind after realizing Usopp is actually the legendary hero Sogeking really made my entire night

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 681 lands deep in the Dressrosa arc's most intense stretch, directly following the reveal of Doflamingo's deadly survival game in Episode 680, where bounties were placed on key figures to turn the island's population into hunters. This episode escalates that premise by zeroing in on Usopp as a high-value target, raising the personal stakes considerably. It sets the stage for the critical confrontations and unlikely alliances that will define Dressrosa's climactic battles in the episodes ahead.
