Koala's fishman karate was the highlight of the ep for sure

Manhunt arc within an arc lets go! God Usopp will reign supreme. I dont really have much to say just writing to support C&A

Zoro having a sword clash with a literal Admiral at the end of the episode is the biggest tease ever

Fujitora being able to hear the screams of the people is heavy and he really is the only Marine who seems to care about justice

Fujitora really had me scratching my head this episode; he's clearly got a conscience about the Warlord system and can literally hear the suffering of those trapped in Doflamingo's Bird Cage, yet he still blocks Luffy and Law. I can't help but wonder if he's playing a much longer game here, or if his sense of duty truly overrides everything, even his own moral compass.

Luffy just grabbing Zoro and Law and hauling them along was hilarious and it shows how little he cares about the danger

I thought it was cool that Koala actually got into the action and fought some goons since that was not even in the original manga

Doflamingo being all weird and protective over his executives is such a creepy thing to watch and it makes him way more interesting as a villain

The look on Law’s face when he realized he was getting tossed around while stuck in those cuffs was priceless and then seeing an Admiral standing in their way at the end was such a huge twist

Doflamingo putting that crazy bounty on Usopp is the ultimate troll move and watching the entire city turn into a literal hunting ground for God Usopp is actually kind of terrifying

The pacing feels a bit slow when they show the citizens running around but the ending where the Admiral finally steps in front of the group makes the wait worth it

You really start to feel for the people trapped in the birdcage when you see them turning on each other just to survive Doflamingo’s twisted game

I cannot believe how Fujitora just appeared at the very end to block the path, and it makes the tension so much worse since Law is still handcuffed. Watching Luffy just tuck Law under his arm like a sack of potatoes while Zoro casually readies his swords was such a classic Straw Hat moment and it really highlights how chaotic their team is

Law being stuck in those seastone cuffs and getting dragged around by Luffy makes me feel so bad for him but his angry face is the funniest thing ever

Koala looks so cool fighting those guys and it felt like she actually had something to do this time since it was barely in the manga

Law getting dragged away while still in seastone cuffs was hilarious, especially since Viola actually knows where the key is and Luffy just left anyway

Law looked absolutely distraught trying to explain the Kaido plan to Luffy, who, true to form, just couldn't care less about grand schemes when people are hurting right in front of him, which honestly, I find endearing but also frustrating for poor Law. Watching him get dragged around still cuffed, while Zoro just looked like he was on a leisurely stroll, really made me laugh; I just know Law must be wondering what he got himself into with this crew.

The way the citizens are panicking inside that birdcage looks terrifying and Doflamingo is such a monster for making everyone hunt each other like this

Fujitora choosing to go after the Straw Hats instead of Doflamingo makes him seem so suspicious and he definitely has some secret goal for the warlords

Fujitora choosing to hunt the pirates instead of stopping the actual villain Doflamingo is a weird move even if he says he wants to help the people

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting deep in the Dressrosa arc, Episode 682 follows the mounting chaos across the island as multiple factions collide, picking up directly from the escalating disorder of the previous episodes. Luffy and Zoro's counterattack marks a pivotal shift in momentum for the Straw Hats and their allies, pushing the conflict toward its more decisive confrontations. This episode serves as a bridge between the mid-arc turmoil and the higher-stakes showdowns that define Dressrosa's climactic stretch.
