Shirahoshi leading that massive ship away to save her kingdom was a big moment and I think it shows how much her character has grown since she was crying in the tower

Luffy being at such a disadvantage in the sea makes Hody look like a beast and it adds a lot of weight to the fight and seeing the bubble pop almost made it feel like the end for him

Shirahoshi refusing to lie to Decken even with a giant ship chasing her was incredible to see and I did not think she had that kind of iron will and it was great to see her stand her ground like that

Decken getting betrayed by his own ally was the wildest twist and it really shows Hody does not care about anyone as long as the island gets crushed

The animation on Sanji looked a bit off for a second, but the underwater fight between Hody and Fukaboshi kept things moving. It is getting intense now that the Noah is actually falling toward the island

I honestly found it so inspiring to see Shirahoshi find her bravery and try to steer Noah away even though she was terrified the whole time

The fight between Hordy and Fukaboshi actually looked decent and it gave the episode some much needed speed while everyone else was panicking about the ship

Fukaboshi saving Luffy at the last second was such a relief because Hody was about to end it all with that trident and the prince is a total hero for getting that air bubble back to Luffy just in time
guimamada's avatar

Underwater combat is where Hody really shines and seeing him pop that bubble made Luffy look so helpless and that is a nice change of pace for the tension

Hordy just straight-up betrayed Decken without batting an eye, and I was genuinely surprised by how ruthless he could be even after all the awful stuff he's done. It really solidifies for me that he'll literally stop at nothing, and that just makes the whole fight feel even more desperate.

Hordy is an absolute monster for stabbing his own ally, and the way he just wants to destroy everything including the Noah ship shows how far gone he really is.

monk_maz_koshia_296
You can tell Hody is a monster because he would rather watch his own home burn than let Shirahoshi escape and stabbing Decken was a wild move and it makes the situation with the Noah falling even scarier

I really hated seeing Hordy stab Decken because it showed how truly messed up he is and it made the whole atmosphere of the episode so dark

Watching Neptune get so worked up about the Noah ship makes it clear there is a huge secret involved and whether it still moves if Decken dies is the big question now
zumi_zephyr_498's avatar
zumi_zephyr_498
Hordy is a monster for what he did to Decken and that trident strike was the most cold blooded thing in this arc so far
flower_flute_499's avatar
flower_flute_499
I finally got to see Decken get what was coming to him when Hordy stabbed him in the back and it was so satisfying because he has been such a creep to Shirahoshi. The scale of the Noah ship is actually insane and seeing it loom over the island makes the whole situation feel way more desperate than before.

Luffy needs to get to Hordy fast and the thought of them fighting underwater with all that pressure makes the situation feel so much more dangerous for him

Everyone is freaking out about the Noah ship and Neptune clearly knows something important about it that he is not telling the rest of the crew yet

It was a huge shock when Hody turned on Decken, and I did not expect him to just stab his own ally to ensure the island gets destroyed. Shirahoshi deciding to lead the Noah away showed how much she has grown as a character. I felt so tense when Luffy almost drowned, before Fukaboshi stepped in to save him with that bubble

I was really shocked when Hordy just turned on Decken like that and now the pressure is on Luffy to stop the Noah before it hits the island

EPISODE CONTEXT

This episode follows the revelation of Noah's threat to Fish-Man Island and captures the desperate scramble to prevent catastrophe, placing it squarely in the climactic stretch of the Fish-Man Island arc. Shirahoshi's courage and Luffy's determination take center stage as the arc pivots from setup to decisive action.
