Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Episode 15: Envoy From the East

In a dimly lit street, Hohenheim and Father sit at an oden stall, looking weary. Hohenheim complains about Edward refusing to call him 'Father' and burning down their family home. Father shares his woes about a son who ran away without looking back. These two cosmic antagonists find common ground in their parental failures, deciding to order comfort food. They order with heavy, comedic sighs, a shared sigh of intergenerational frustration.

Hohenheim walks through dark corridors, following increasingly bright and overly cute signs pointing towards 'Father's Room.' The signs, decorated with hearts and sparkles, encourage him onward. Upon entering, he finds the room transformed into a festive tea party space, complete with ribbons and streamers. Father stands there, holding a tray of tea and cakes, blushing slightly and looking incredibly hopeful for a guest. Hohenheim remarks on his desperation, which Father vehemently denies, sputtering that he is merely a 'people person.'

King Bradley, the fearsome Wrath, is locked in a fierce duel with Greed. Suddenly, Bradley pauses to complain about his unfamiliar weapon, revealing a pink, heart-topped magical girl wand. To Greed's visible confusion and disgust, Bradley performs a complete 'Magical Bradley Change' transformation sequence. With sparkles, hearts, and a high-pitched magical girl voice, the parody is complete. Greed is so overwhelmed by the sheer absurdity and the 'loveliness' of it all that he screams in defeat, immediately conceding the fight.

Fu is shown falling dramatically, fatally injured, his life flashing before his eyes. He laments not leaving any wisdom for Lan Fan as blood pools around him. Lan Fan rushes to his side, screaming in grief. Using his own blood, Fu begins to write what appears to be a final message on the tiles, his finger trembling with effort. However, the message is revealed to be the title of an old video game, 'The Portopia Serial Murder Case,' rather than anything profound. He dies with a satisfied 'That'll do,' leaving a devastated Lan Fan to continue her dramatic mourning over a trivial joke.

Captain Buccaneer lies on the floor, bleeding out from multiple wounds, surrounded by his weeping subordinates. He claims he can die in peace now that Greeling is on their side, reflecting on a life with no regrets. However, a sudden flashback to Episode 55 shows him looking particularly terrifying while shouting orders at two female soldiers. Realizing that this menacing, chainsaw-wielding moment might be the 'high point' of his life, he has a sudden change of heart. He begins shouting in frustrated denial, blood spraying everywhere, refusing to accept that as his legacy before finally going still.

Scar and Bradley face off in a dramatic confrontation. Bradley demands to know Scar's real name before their final clash. Scar complies by reciting an impossibly long and nonsensical string of dozens of names without pausing for breath. Not to be outdone, Bradley counters by revealing that his 'real' name is an equally long and absurd list. Both men leap into the air for a final, decisive strike, screaming their respective lists of names. The high-tension moment is comically undercut when Bradley suddenly bites his tongue, ending the epic name-off in a pathetic mumble.

The closing segment features the creator's cow avatar dancing and jumping around as the credits for the special episode roll. The cow wears glasses and appears in various comedic poses, reflecting the lighthearted tone of the entire special. The theater curtains from the beginning of the episode slowly lower as bouncy, upbeat ending music plays. Once the curtains fully close, the screen fades to black, bringing the 4-Koma Theater to an end.
