📖 SYNOPSIS
A sword saint of the highest order, Ling Tian was the kind of cultivator who could challenge heaven itself. And he did, literally, trying to save the woman he loved. It didn't end well. He got betrayed, destroyed, and killed. But instead of staying dead, he wakes up 300 years in the past, right at the moment everything first went wrong — his dantian shattered, his sword bone ripped out, surrounded by the same people who'll eventually ruin him. So now he's got all the knowledge of a peak-level cultivator trapped in a broken body, and every enemy who wronged him hasn't done it yet. That's a pretty satisfying setup for a revenge-and-redemption cultivation story, and this 60-episode ONA from Suoyi Technology leans into it hard. The power system is built around spiritual cultivation and martial arts mastery, with Ling Tian having to rebuild from nothing while navigating the political maneuvering and old grudges he already lived through once. The historical fantasy setting pulls from ancient Chinese culture in ways that feel textured rather than decorative. If you liked the cultivation drama of Ling Jian Zun or the layered character dynamics in Mo Dao Zu Shi, this hits a similar frequency. There's also a bit of that Thunderbolt Fantasy energy — dramatic swordplay with real stakes behind it. It's action-packed but grounded in Ling Tian's personal losses, which keeps the whole thing from feeling hollow. Worth the time if you're into second-chance cultivation stories with teeth.
