that look tachibana gave him at the very end suggests she might truly be into this now and seeing where this goes is the only reason to keep watching

I'm starting to care about these two as a couple, which is weird for this kind of show, but Tachibana's reaction when he thanked her really hit me and you can tell she's beginning to lose that cold attitude and seeing her get flustered instead of just being annoyed made the whole episode way better than the last few

the pacing felt a bit slow to me and they spent way too much time on the dialogue instead of the actual treatment scenes

tachibana looks way better with her hair down and that ending shot was actually surprisingly well drawn for once

yamada trying to apologize while she was busy was the funniest thing because he looks so pathetic and she just does not care

she clearly knows him well now since she got all annoyed when he was trying to hold back during the treatment

today felt like a filler episode and tachibana was just going through the motions so hoping the next one has more energy

I finally felt some actual chemistry between them this time, especially when she stopped acting like it was just a chore and actually looked at him

the animation took a huge dip this week and seeing the same room every single time is starting to get boring

tachibana is changing so much as this goes on and that scene in the dark was actually kind of sweet for a show like this

That one bitch character is so irritating and you just want her to go away so the story can focus on Tachibana again

The comedy in this version actually makes it better and you can tell they are just leaning into the weird premise now

I heard about how messed up the original visual novel was from podcasts, and I mostly checked this out for the absurdity of the title. It is surprisingly funny how they keep everything off-screen, and focus on the weird dialogue instead. This chapter really made me hate that one girl though since she is just acting like a total brat

Seeing a title this wild get an all ages version is the funniest thing ever and you really wonder how they even air this stuff

I seriously cannot stand that girl in this chapter and she is so obnoxious every time she talks on the screen

The sound design when the nurse was performing the extraction sounded way too realistic and it made the whole atmosphere in that hospital room feel suffocating

You can really hear the exhaustion in Tachibana's voice this time and it adds a whole other layer to how she feels about her duties

Seeing the kid deal with that overwhelming guilt while receiving the treatment made the whole dynamic feel way more heavy and uncomfortable than a normal show

I was really caught off guard by the way Yamada apologized in the middle of everything, because it makes the whole situation feel so much more awkward. It is one thing to have a medical necessity, but seeing him cry from the shame while Tachibana just stares at him with those cold eyes was a lot to take in today

That three hour timer is such a stressful mechanic and seeing the panic in his eyes when the nurse was late felt very real

EPISODE CONTEXT

Positioned as the penultimate episode of a ten-episode run, this installment builds directly on the accumulated tension between Yamada and Nurse Tachibana established across earlier episodes. The relationship dynamics and ethical dilemmas that have slowly escalated reach a critical point here. Episode 9 effectively sets the stage for the finale, making it a near-essential watch before the concluding episode.
