Hakkon wakes in a dark dungeon cell, again. The familiarity of his predicament is both a burden and a potential asset, as his internal monologue reveals a strategic mind at work. Pitii lies unconscious in an adjacent cell, stirring a deep guilt in Hakkon for involving her. The arrival of Shiro, the leader of Fool's Gold, with a perfunctory apology, sets the stage for their captivity.

An exterior shot establishes the formidable fortress, a stark visual representation of their predicament. Shiro explains his group's desperate need for Hakkon's vending abilities, viewing him as a 'trump card' for dungeon exploration. Pitii wakes, wary but resolute, as Shiro formally requests Hakkon's cooperation. Hakkon's immediate refusal, a pre-recorded 'Zannen,' is a calculated act of defiance, showing his unwavering loyalty to his friends back at Clearflow Lake.

Shiro attempts to sway Pitii, offering her a chance to regain her former status within Fool's Gold. Her swift, unwavering refusal, declaring her promise to Hakkon, surprises the mercenaries. When Shiro tries to entice her further by suggesting he could make Hakkon her exclusive property, Pitii's principled rejection, stating that true affection must be earned, deeply moves Hakkon. Shiro, defeated, leaves them with a week's ultimatum.

Two younger mercenaries, Aka and Shiro (the guard), approach Hakkon begging for food. Hakkon, ever the entrepreneur, sees an opportunity, charging exorbitant 'enemy territory' prices for lemon tea and sports drinks. Later, he strategically dispenses fried chicken and high-alcohol beverages, using their hunger and thirst to gather intelligence. The drunken guards lament their lack of recognition and the castle's isolation, inadvertently revealing details about the King's 'Five Generals.'

As night falls, Hakkon transforms into a disaster-relief vending machine, providing Pitii with a tent, toilet, and bedding, turning their bleak cell into a comfortable living space. This surprises Shiro the leader, who returns to find his prisoners surprisingly well-adjusted. Pitii reiterates her refusal to join, and Shiro gives them a week to cooperate or face 'disposal.' Every evening, Hakkon dispenses warm meals for Pitii, and their quiet moments are spent planning their escape, fostering a deeper bond.

Sullrim, a beautiful general, interrupts the guards' drunken revelry, immediately asserting her authority and ordering Hakkon to be brought to the upper levels. She leads him to a lavish lounge where the King's younger brother, a silver-haired boy, sits on a balcony. Sullrim's obsessive affection for the boy is unsettling, but Hakkon observes a hidden sharpness in the boy's eyes. Once Sullrim leaves, the boy reveals his true identity, a cursed adult trapped in a child's body, who has been gathering information and offers to help Hakkon and Pitii escape.

Shiro the leader announces an upcoming rooftop party for high-ranking officers, mentioning the presence of a powerful 'Middle Shogun' nearby. The Cursed Boy cleverly manipulates Sullrim's obsession by suggesting a private rooftop barbecue, inadvertently setting the perfect stage for their escape. As the party commences, Hakkon is positioned to dispense drinks, while Pitii stays close, awaiting their signal.

Hakkon strategically plies Sullrim with caffeine, banking on its diuretic effect to remove her from the scene. His plan works perfectly, and Sullrim, followed by the Cursed Boy, excuses herself. With their biggest obstacles gone, Hakkon transforms into a balloon vending machine, inflating dozens of colorful balloons. Pitii uses her weight manipulation magic, and they lift off the rooftop, drifting into the night sky, leaving the fortress behind.

Their serene escape is abruptly interrupted by the appearance of a colossal, one-eyed shark monster, the 'Middle General,' rising from the ocean depths. It telepathically threatens them, asserting its claim over the King's 'property.' Hakkon, showing incredible resolve, instructs Pitii to hold on tight. He then transforms into a massive, concrete-and-metal industrial vending machine, intentionally maximizing his weight. As the shark lunges, Hakkon drops like a meteor, crushing the general with his immense weight.

After the dramatic defeat of the general, Hakkon reverts to his standard form mid-air, and Pitii manages to re-stabilize their flight. They continue to float through the night sky, leaving the fortress far behind, sharing a look of triumph and relief. The preview for the next episode shows them relaxing on a tropical beach, ready to encounter new adventurers and continue their journey home, signaling a new chapter.
