this is the halfway and it's hitting hard. the pacing is once again methodical, and this is pure setup for the back half but the emotional beats keep it gripping. if you're in for the mystery, stay.

Oh no! Things just started to get more real! The progress of the story is just enough to hype us for the next set of events.

The plot twist in this episode makes me even more curious. Many things are becoming clearer now

I really like Pluto; the episode is a slow burn but intense, and the pacing is perfect for me. It's moderately dialogue-heavy, but balanced out with the action. There are a lot of "wtf" moments for me personally, but that's what's keeping me really invested in the series.

The war backstory is so dark. 🌑 Watching these robots deal with PTSD is heavy. This show is a masterpiece. 🎖️📉

The episode starts beautifully, showing a heartfelt connection between humans and robots. The emotions between them feel deep and touching. I really liked how it shows what could happen if AI reaches a human level and how dangerous it could become. The storytelling feels amazing, and the animation looks brilliant throughout the episode.

Episode 4 shocks with Atom's sacrificial death against the unstoppable Pluto, protecting Professor Ochanomizu's family as Abullah's blackmail scheme unfolds amid Uran's heartbreaking pleas. This reveals a more realistic version of Astro boy than the original one.
It gets intense

The lore gets pretty deep, but it’s all worth it as it paints a clearer picture of the characters, and 100% needed to resolve those massive cliffhangers from previous episodes. Adolf's character is effective, he’s getting on my nerves. The plot’s getting more interesting!

The ending completely stresses me out! The way the mystery of Pluto unfolds is so methodical and gripping. Gesicht is such a complex protagonist—you can really feel the burden he’s carrying. Every episode feels like a cinematic experience event

This one was a bit lore heavy, but it was necessary to introduce this version of Atom. He's much more human-like and has way more depth than the original Astro Boy.

I feel like this episode emphasizes the core theme of the entire anime, hatred and other negative emotions and how they makes us human. Atom's death was quite unexpected for main protag but he wont stay dead for long

This episode was really intense. The danger around Atom made the story feel much more serious. The mystery keeps getting deeper and the tension is getting stronger.

NOW this is my fave ep so far, the philosophical debate about what makes a perfect intelligence (hatred vs love) is PEAK Urasawa writing.

The story pauses the mystery for a second just to emotionally destroy you by asking deep questions about humanity, grief, and responsibility and honestly it hits way harder than expected.

The mystery picks up as Atom is forced to confront the deadly tornado as loved ones are in danger while Gesicht receives conflicting information that force him to face a distressful idea. Adolf is forced to rely on what he hates the most as he finds himself as a mere pawn.

Seeing Atom face such a tragic fate is heartbreaking🥺. The introduction of Dr. Tenma and his "perfect robot" theory adds a whole new layer of drama.! The tension between Gesicht and Adolf is peak drama, and those half-remembered nightmares are finally starting to connect in the most terrifying way. This series just keeps raising the stakes! 🔥

The series episode 4 continue to stranggling my thoughts and i like it. Conversation between character feelt more loaded this time and more and more mystery uncovered, without giving too much detail on the answer. Hope they keep having this kind of surprise till the end lol.

The tension explodes a bit more here as the investigation starts connecting bigger dots. Visually this episode looks incredible and the direction keeps the suspense tight. The mystery feels darker and more dangerous than before.
