I usually love how unhinged this show gets, but the whole hair of happiness thing felt like a bit of a reach. Ebichu was just being her usual loud self and the office lady seemed more annoyed than usual, which made the jokes land a little flat. It was okay for a quick laugh but definitely not the best one.
