Every episode makes me root for Yuzu even more. She's finally finding people who care about her, but she's also trying so hard not to lose herself. I really hope she stands her ground.

This episode really asked, "Is their love eternal?" and then proceeded to make it as messy as possible. 😭 Reiya's instincts are interesting lore-wise, but my guy seriously needs to learn boundaries.

Reiya is so down bad it's actually scary. 😭 Bro heard Yuzu wanted to be independent and immediately let his instincts take over. That ending kiss had me so conflicted. Green flag? Red flag? More like crimson HAHAHA

My skin crawled when Reiya's parents showed up because their weird energy felt so out of place compared to the rest of the show

Watching this episode felt like looking at a PowerPoint presentation and the lack of movement really took me out of the emotional moments

I felt so happy when Yuzu finally left her parents behind and that closure was so needed after how they treated her like trash

That moment when the servants bowed to Yuzu made her feel so special and it was such a great contrast to how her real family treated her

Reiya forcing her to quit her job is actually insane, and she needs to stand up for herself more against his controlling behavior

It's really cool that we got to start with Reiya's perspective. Explains why the demons act the way they do. Reiya's parents are so adorable. I love how they're complete opposite of Reiya. I do hope Yuzu sticks to her guns and tries to not be overly reliant on Reiya.

Awalnya aku tidak berharap banyak terhadap episode 1 ini. Tapi menjelang akhir episode, aku merasa ceritanya menjanjikan. Plot cerita dan premisnya berbeda dari anime-anime lain yang pernah kutonton. Kualitas animasinya juga bagus, hanya saja pace-nya sedikit lambat. Tapi pace yang lambat ini tidak menjadi masalah buatku karena aku masih bisa menikmatinya.

Cada vez que Yuzu deja la casa de los Kiryuin me asusta que Reiya vaya a desquitarse con otras personas de puro preocupado. Y aunque es bueno que él esté tan pendiente de su novia, su posesividad es demasiada. Espero que Yuzu pueda desarrollar carácter y expresarse más.

This episode was SO satisfying to watch! It was incredibly frustrating seeing Yuzu's parents and Karin treat her like garbage as usual when she went back to get her grandparents' signatures for the adoption. But watching their faces completely change the second Reiya stepped in and the Kiryuin name dropped was the absolute best highlight Reiya stepping up his plan to protect her and pulling her away from that toxic household for good was pure perfection! Can't wait to see Karin and the parents realize just how outclassed they are now. 10/10

This episode was absolutely beautiful! I love how Reiya immediately steps up to protect Yuzu and make her feel safe after everything she’s been through with her family Seeing her finally get the warmth and acceptance she deserves at the mansion was so comforting. They are already so sweet together! 10/10.

I felt so much satisfaction when Reiya stood up for Yuzu, especially when he finally faced her father. Watching him char Yota's clothes while everyone watched in terror was the perfect payback for how they've acted. The parents only signing those papers because they were scared out of their minds shows their true colors, and I just want Yuzu to be happy now.

karin is actually delusional if she thinks she can ruin yuzu's life now and watching her face turn that nasty shade of green when reiya called yuzu his bride was the best thing ever
