I still cant get over Queen trying to headbutt a Yonko like that. The Brachio Bomber looked so ridiculous and then Big Mom just falls asleep right after her memories came back

Luffy just ripped those collars off and it felt just like Sabaody with Rayleigh. That flashback hit so hard and now the training is finally getting somewhere with the Ryou flow

Big Mom charging full-tilt while Hyo just stood there, unmoving, really twisted my gut; I just couldn't believe his guts to force Luffy to finally get that internal destruction Haki figured out *right now*. It's a crazy, high-stakes move, and I'm on the edge of my seat wondering if Luffy's going to pull it off this time.

Queen really thought he had a master plan with that cliff jump, but Big Mom is just on another level. Seeing her regain those memories of Carmel and the kids for a split second was intense, even if she just ended up snoring on the floor. At least Luffy has Udon all to himself now so he can finally master that Ryuo.

Big Mom is actually terrifying when she gets that hunger rage and she just tossed Queen around like he was nothing. The way she got her memories back only to pass out was such a twist

The pacing felt a bit slow during the chase but seeing Luffy accidentally pull off that Rayleigh move made up for it. He is finally figuring out how to damage things from the inside

Everything felt a bit dragged out with that extended flashback in the first half and it felt like they were really stalling for time before the big Queen fight

I thought it was hilarious how Queen tried so hard with that dive bomb only to accidentally give Big Mom her brain back and make everything ten times worse

I swear, the way they dragged that recap out made me wanna scream, especially with Big Mom about to go absolutely feral after all that red bean soup. My heart was practically pounding wondering if she'd finally snap, given how long it's been since she's had a real feast like that!

Watching Luffy try to use that Rayleigh trick against Big Mom shows he is getting closer to mastering Ryuo even if it failed this time

The Brachio Bomber move had so much lightning and weird auras that it almost felt like watching a different show and it did not really fit the manga style for me

Luffy is really out here trying to learn Ryuo while a whole Yonko is chasing him and it is honestly stressful to watch him fumble those invisible strikes

I thought Grandpa Hyo was actually dead for a second and then the old man just got right back up like it was nothing after Luffy saved him from that hit

Restoring Big Mom's memories while everyone is still terrified of her was such a heavy shift in the room, especially after Queen got totally flattened by her. It seems like Queen was just playing dead so he wouldn't have to fight her anymore and seeing Kid and Killer finally escape those cages during the chaos was such a relief

Queen turning into a literal dinosaur rocket to headbutt Big Mom was so crazy and the animation for that hit was actually insane to see

I loved seeing that Rayleigh flashback because it actually helped make sense of the new Haki and seeing the comparison to Luffy in the present was really cool

Hyougoro really just stood there and took a hit from an emperor and then got right back up like nothing happened

When that hungry child's face twisted from joy to a terrified blankness as her memories returned, my stomach dropped because it immediately painted the whole prison as an even more horrifying trap. It made me wonder just how much suffering these people have endured under Orochi and Kaido, if a simple meal can unravel someone so completely.

Old man Hyo really pulled the fastest recovery in anime history and you really have to laugh at how he was just faking being half dead to teach a lesson

I honestly expected Queen to actually do something useful with that massive headbutt but seeing it fail so spectacularly was the highlight of the week for me. Big Mom is way scarier when she actually knows who she is and that look she gave him after the amnesia wore off was enough to make anyone want to run away from Udon

EPISODE CONTEXT

This episode deepens the Udon Prison subplot within the Wano Country arc, directly following Big Mom's explosive arrival at the mines and the pandemonium it unleashed. Queen's attempts to manage the situation create pivotal turning points for Luffy's imprisonment arc and the broader rebellion effort. The events here lay critical groundwork for shifts in allegiance and power that will ripple through the upcoming stages of the Wano conflict.
