Fujitora bowing to the king was such a move and he really showed what it means to actually be a marine with some integrity unlike those guys at the top

When Kaido jumped off that sky island, it really showed how insane the power scaling is getting now and the Marines look completely helpless after Fujitora bowed to King Riku

The news about Luffy and Law is hitting every corner of the sea and you can tell the Marines are sweating because the Worst Generation is taking over

The reveal about Drake working for Kaido was a huge shock, especially after seeing how Doflamingo ruined his life when he was just a kid in those flashbacks

The broadcast of Fujitora apologizing on the snail was such a smart move to make sure the government couldnt lie about Dressrosa again

The news about Bege being with Big Mom was a shocker, especially since he helped catch Caesar. It feels like the whole world is shifting after Dressrosa, and everyone is picking sides for the big fight

Fujitora getting banned from all Marine bases just because he did the right thing is so typical for the Navy. Akainu is such a jerk for punishing someone for being honest with the people
vincentblack's avatar

I really lost it when Sabo crushed Burgess because that jerk deserved it for bringing up Ace like that and seeing the Flame-Flame fruit being used for good again felt right. It was also so cool to see glimpses of Kid and Bege because it feels like the whole world is reacting to what happened in Dressrosa and things are changing

Capone Bege was being so sneaky by going after Caesar Clown while the rest of the world was focused on the Luffy and Law situation

Fujitora telling Akainu that he wants to get rid of the Seven Warlords was a huge moment in their argument and it really shows he cares about actual justice

My brain is spinning from all those Worst Generation updates and I am mostly just curious how Bege ended up working under Big Mom of all people

Kaido just *falling* from a sky island? I literally gasped seeing him crash down and then casually get up like it was nothing – it's such a wild introduction, and honestly, it makes me think he's practically invincible.

I was genuinely scared when they mentioned Kaido and showed him for a second. I have been waiting so long to see more of the Emperors and he looks absolutely terrifying and massive

The apology from the Admiral to King Riku was a total shocker and it proves that not everyone in the Marines is fine with the World Government being corrupt

That scene where the Gorosei put Akainu in his place was so satisfying after he spent the whole time yelling. He thinks he is the boss but those five old guys really run the show behind the scenes
levifangirl's avatar

Akainu losing his mind at the Gorosei is exactly what he deserves after everything he did. That moment where he got yelled at by the old men while he was fuming felt so good to watch for anyone who hates him
zashiki_zenin_96's avatar
zashiki_zenin_96
Fujitora bowing to King Riku actually felt so different compared to how the Marines usually cover up their messes and it is wild seeing him go against the World Government like that
mew's avatar

Kid and Apoo and Hawkins going after Shanks sounds like a suicide mission but it is exciting to see the rookies finally making their big moves in the New World

Wait a minute, so Kuzan is really hanging out with Blackbeard now and it makes no sense to me. He was an Admiral and he seemed like a decent guy compared to the rest of the Navy, but now he is with the worst crew in the world. I need to know his plan because he has to be undercover or something right

Hearing that the Worst Generation is going after Shanks is enough to make anyone nervous. Kid is way too aggressive and you have to wonder if he even knows what he is doing

EPISODE CONTEXT

This episode lands immediately after a climactic arc-ending battle, serving as the critical bridge between a resolved conflict and the next wave of storylines. It recontextualizes the stakes by showing how the Worst Generation and other factions interpret the shifting power vacuum, seeding future confrontations. For long-running One Piece viewers, this is the connective tissue that transforms a single arc's conclusion into a catalyst for the broader saga.
