Franky calling someone else a pervert is the funniest thing in this arc and he really looked offended by that speedo

They are stretching the manga chapters way too thin, and the art style felt really inconsistent during the Tontatta scenes

Dressrosa is such a strange place and seeing Franky meet his match with that guy in the baby clothes was hilarious because they are both so ridiculous and the whole Operation SOP thing with Sugar being the one turning people into toys finally gives Usopp a chance to lead the charge and help the little people save their friends from the factory

The animation looked rough in some spots but seeing Franky blow up the toy house entrance was cool

Usoland and Robin starting the infiltration with the tiny people was the best part of the whole week

One Piece is going so slow lately and we barely moved the plot forward even though the Franky stuff was funny

I laughed so hard when Franky used his glasses to scan that weirdo in the baby speedo

I really liked seeing Robin and Usopp working together again on this secret mission to find Sugar

This episode felt slow because the scenes at the trading port took forever and the animation was just okay

Usopp failing upwards with that hot sauce was hilarious and seeing Sugar pass out like that made the long setup worth it

I think it is hilarious that Senor Pink swims through the pavement like it is a pool, and that makes this whole arc feel so unique

I honestly do not care about Rebecca at all right now and I just want to get back to Usopp and the plan to take down Sugar before Doflamingo catches on

I think Sugar having the power to turn everyone into toys is such a nightmare and seeing how many people are trapped down there makes Doflamingo look like a complete monster

It feels like the story is finally moving now that the toy house battle is starting and Franky is just blasting through those guards

Usopp leading the Tontattas for Operation SOP is actually really cool but the pacing is just dragging it out way too much for the underground port scenes

Robin and usopp working together is a duo we dont see enough of and her being the calm one while he panics about operation sop is a great dynamic

Usopp stepping up as the hero Usoland for the little dwarves is cool, but I really felt the slow pacing during the explanation of the underground port and it feels like the show is stalling for time right now, while we wait for the actual big fight to start with Sugar and the rest of Doflamingo crew

Honestly, that moment when Luffy lets Sabo take over the fight in the Colosseum made me a little bit emotional because Ace would be so happy to see them like this. I am still trying to process that Sabo is actually alive and here to take the Mera Mera no Mi and protect his brother's legacy while Luffy goes after Doflamingo.

Operation SOP is finally starting, and the stakes feel huge with an Admiral and Doflamingo just hanging around like they are invincible against the Straw Hats

The scale of doflamingo's operation is massive and seeing that hidden port really shows how much he has been controlling from the shadows this whole time

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 664 marks a pivotal transition point in the Dressrosa arc, moving from the alliance-building and reconnaissance phases into active confrontation with Doflamingo's infrastructure. Previous episodes established the dwarves' tragic history and the formation of the anti-Doflamingo coalition, and this episode capitalizes on that groundwork by launching the operation that will define the arc's middle stretch. It sets the stage for escalating battles across multiple fronts that will dominate the coming episodes.
