Kid and Law are looking absolutely exhausted but they still managed to stand up against Big Mom and her soul army. The blue aura on Law's sword during his Kroom attack looked really cool

The way Kanjuro used his last bit of life to create that fire demon is such a twisted legacy and I thought watching it burn through the floors was haunting. That thing was my favorite visual of the hatred

I got chills when Enma started draining Zoro because of the music playing in the castle. Seeing him struggle with his own sword while King is flying around like a maniac was terrifying

Hiyori showing up in front of Orochi like that was such a cold move and the way she just kept playing the shamisen while he cried was perfect. That guy has no idea what is coming for him

Those CP0 agents stalking Robin and Brook from the shadows makes everything feel so much more dangerous. It is scary how they are just waiting for the perfect moment to snatch her while the world burns

this felt like it moved at a snails pace and barely anything actually happened in the big fights

The way that shamisen music reverberated through the castle when Zoro was struggling with Enma really sent chills down my spine, it's like Hiyori's music is literally woven into the history of Wano, making me wonder if her connection to it is even deeper than we thought.

The pact between Sanji and Zoro felt so heavy and it shows how much they actually trust each other despite all the fighting. Zoro agreeing to kill him if he loses his mind was a massive moment

King using his fire wings to create that dragon blast was a visual treat and Zoro having to use a whirlwind to survive shows how much of a monster King is. The power scale is getting out of hand

Yamato riding Fuga through the castle was a weirdly fun highlight in an otherwise chaotic episode. She is so focused on those explosives and it keeps the tension high while the island is falling

Zoro’s fight against King was getting so intense, but all the constant cutting to the fire demon and Orochi totally robbed me of the momentum I was feeling, honestly making me pretty annoyed that they’re stretching this out. Yet, that little phone call between Sanji and Zoro totally salvaged the episode for me; it just proved, plain and simple, that those two are always there, even when they're acting like they'd rather die than admit it.

For once, Big Mom actually seemed to be struggling against Law and Kid, and I was genuinely shocked to see her so worn down. It’s wild because usually she just brushes everything off like it's nothing.

I felt chills when Hiyori appeared in front of Orochi and that music was so haunting because you know she is about to destroy him for everything he did to Wano

Honestly the pact between Sanji and Zoro was the only thing that kept me going through this one because the pacing is starting to get a bit painful again, and I just want to see the conclusion of these fights instead of jumping around every five minutes even though the ending with Hiyori playing the shamisen for Orochi was pretty chilling.

I really felt for Momonosuke trying to move that entire island by himself, and the way the animators showed his exhaustion made the stakes feel way more real.

Yamato teaming up with that giant Number to reach the bombs was cool and they make a pretty good duo for smashing through walls

I found the fire demon really creepy and the way it just melts through the floors while everyone is panicking adds so much tension to the whole Onigashima situation

EPISODE CONTEXT

Positioned deep within the Onigashima raid, Episode 1058 follows the renewed resolve shown by Sanji and Zoro in Episode 1057 and channels that energy into battlefield chaos on multiple fronts. Kazenbo's rampage and Orochi's machinations add layers of peril beyond the main fights, raising the overall stakes of the conflict. This episode directly bridges into Episode 1059, where Zoro's confrontation with King escalates into a full-scale showdown.
