Un episodio mayormente dedicado a comedia y a mostrarnos personajes secundarios que podrían tener un rol importante en este anime. La animación y el dibujo me sigue pareciendo espectacular y que pega muy bien el tono cómico de algunos momentos. Pero los malos siento que son demasiado caricaturizados, hace falta un buen antagonista. En general, este episodio se sintió como una caricatura, pero estuvo entretenido.

The graphics really match the historical timeline and give us that kind of vibe. The storyline progresses quite fast this time. Aoteru meets other important characters and develops his skills well. It shifts immediately to the qualification part, and the last episode ends with a cliffhanger!

I loved how Aoteru just stayed cool and logical through all of Mitsuhide's crazy tests. That kind of brain power is what this show really needs.

My heart ached for Misumi and his vow. You could feel his raw grief

I really loved how Misumi used his mind. The way he made Ryūmon bend his knee was just brilliant

Ryumon is such a great antagonist and his presence is so commanding

The animation was killer during that highway attack. Totally did not see that coming

General Ryumon's presence is so commanding you really feel the pressure of the Toryumon test

I love how Aoteru just uses his brain to get through things you really gotta appreciate that smart thinking

Asama is completely unhinged and I am here for it this character is wild

That ending was absolutely brutal and I loved every second of it. Asama just came out of nowhere with that threat. You knew something big was coming but that was way beyond what I expected. The tension in that room was so thick you could cut it with a knife, and the way Aoteru just stood there taking it all in was amazing.

That ending caught me so off guard. Asama is completely wild and unpredictable.

Aoteru's smarts are genuinely impressive. He just uses his words and logic to flip the whole situation.

Yoshitsune just walked in and instantly became my favorite character. That whole sequence with the thugs and the sword was absolutely wild.

Great episode. Now our mc had finally started his journey, and aim for the unification of JAPAN!
