The setting in this clinic is actually pretty dark once you get past the initial introductions, and I was genuinely surprised by how much the ending stuck with me. The banana scene was definitely the weirdest part of the whole episode and left me wondering what kind of experiments they are planning for the next few patients they bring in

I think they did a decent job bringing the game art to life, but the voice acting for the head nurse was a bit too high pitched for me and it took me out of the moment a few times. The animation during the more explicit scenes was surprisingly fluid and I appreciate how they didn't cut away from the detail when things got heated
