ruby★★★★☆EP 1The introduction to the clinic felt slow but then that banana part happened and everything changed
Working in a quiet, secluded hospital with a small staff, Dr. Sousuke Yusa exists in a world where the relationships between colleagues run closer than professional boundaries might normally allow. The story centers on Sousuke and the nurses around him, Fuyuno, who keeps things reserved and steady, and Rinne, who makes no secret of enjoying getting under his skin. The setting stays intimate throughout, leaning into the confined, after-hours atmosphere of a hospital where almost nobody else is around. This is a 2-episode OVA adapted from an erotic visual novel by Atelier Kaguya Team Heartbeat, so the character writing carries more weight than you might expect from something this short. The relationships have some actual texture to them: there's teasing, tension, and a bit of genuine warmth mixed into the more explicit content. It's not deep drama, but it's not purely mechanical either. If you've watched Sakusei Byoutou The Animation or Shin Ringetsu and liked the medical setting with character-driven pacing, this fits comfortably in that same space. Night Shift Nurses fans who want something a little softer in tone will probably find it easy to get through. At two episodes it doesn't overstay its welcome, and the Atelier Kaguya pedigree means the production holds a consistent standard. Worth a look if the hospital harem setup sounds appealing and you want something with at least a baseline of character before things get going.
Fuyuno Iwase is a hermaphrodite, born with both male and female genitalia.

bazardo_blast_484★★★☆☆EP 1That banana scene at the very end was totally bizarre and it gave off actual shivers
lordgenome★★★☆☆EP 1The setting in this clinic is actually pretty dark once you get past the initial introductions, and I was genuinely surprised by how much the ending stuck with me. The banana scene was definitely the weirdest part of the whole episode and left me wondering what kind of experiments they are planning for the next few patients they bring in
