At least the fight between Red Saber and Rider was fine. This anime is eye candy, especially if you love Red Saber, but that's all it is, at least for now. The story's still confusing, and knowing about the original game, Fate/Extra, will not help you in the slightest.

The fight scenes were bad, I didn't feel any hype over it. The protagonist was nonchalant and their enemy was not overpowered or something and somehow that makes the fight scenes boring. They need to get this right. LOL

A Fate anime must nail its fight scenes. This one was laughably bad: zero intensity, over too fast, and blatant plot armor. They didn’t even bother explaining the skill Saber used to win. When the action is this weak, everything just falls apart.

I didn't enjoy the fight scene. Comparing to other fate series, for me it was so lame. I don't get how the master's powers are gauged and like the previous episodes, this felt dull. Maybe the location is also an issue. -_-

The characters' tension is gradually increasing and developing. Additionally, Saber, the servant, is becoming stronger than before. The fight scene from the middle part until the end of the episode is a bit hyped! I love Ryder's charisma and fearlessness as her main personality.

The fight against Shinji and Drake should've been hype but it just felt flat. Drake deserved better than being stuck in this mess of a show. The animation during the battle was decent I guess but it doesn't matter when I still can't bring myself to care about what's happening or why. Three episodes in and I'm still waiting for this show to give me a reason to keep watching.
