Piccolo's arm regeneration totally had me thinking he had Cell right where he wanted him! My jaw dropped at that insane move, only for Cell to pull a cheap Solar Flare and just vanish. I was so bummed that Piccolo couldn't snag him after all that, what a frustrating twist!

Piccolo letting his arm get drained just to trick Cell and then growing it back was such a calculated move and he is easily the smartest fighter in the group

Seeing Piccolo reach this level is so satisfying after he was mostly sidelined for a while and the way his Namekian tricks like the arm regeneration actually played a huge part in the fight tonight was great but Cell escaping with the Solar Flare is such a gut punch because that was likely the best chance to end this early
