That phone call with Anna hit hard because you can tell how much they are both struggling with their feelings and the distance

Meeting her dad actually made me nervous, and seeing him look so intimidating with those shadows over his face was a great directorial choice

The way the lighting shifted to show the resemblance between Kyou and Yuki Yamada was such a subtle move that really added to the tension

Anna having those scary eyes was such a great touch and the way they changed the art style for the jokes made the whole library scene even better

I really felt for Kyou during that outburst because his voice actor went so hard and made him sound like a real kid and not some cool protagonist

watching the production fall apart because of those guerrilla guys was actually super stressful and you can tell the crew is reaching their limit

the drama between the cast members while they were trying to finish the scene really sold the romance aspect for once

it was so satisfying when the Apollo Legion finally got shut down because those guys were being total creeps during the filming

The guerrilla photographers were so annoying, but watching the cast band together against them was a nice touch of loyalty.

that confrontation with the photography team made me realize how much I actually like the main characters and their weird little movie family

you really see how much the cast has to trust each other when random creeps start showing up with cameras and trying to ruin the scene

The chaos that broke out when the Apollo Legion crashed the production hit me hard, and I really felt for the cast because trying to maintain that professional vibe while creeps are snapping photos is just nightmare fuel. It actually adds a weird layer of realism to the industry stuff they show even if the show is mostly just for laughs.

I can not believe those weirdos in the Apollo Legion actually tried to sneak into the shoot and it made the whole filming process so awkward to watch

the way the crew dealt with those guerrilla photographers was actually pretty funny and you could really feel the tension between everyone on set

those guys in the masks had me dying and the 90s vibes are just so strong in this episode

i thought the comedy was okay but some of the friction between characters felt a bit forced during the filming scene

the dynamic between the main cast and those new apollo legion weirdos is great, they really brought a lot of energy to the shoot today

EPISODE CONTEXT

With only three episodes to work with, this finale carries the full weight of the series' resolution. Episodes 1 and 2 established the core cast and the unconventional world they operate in, building the relationships and tensions this episode now has to pay off. As the final chapter, there is nothing beyond this — what the Apollo Legion's arrival disrupts or confirms is the series' last word on its characters and themes.
