This season is focusing so heavily on the psychological side of the game, where one tiny mistake can completely ruin a match. The pacing is fast in this episode, but the animation looks degraded comparing to the previous season.

I love how this episode turns pure chaos into actual chemistry. Watching Isagi stop forcing every play and just trust his instincts felt insanely satisfying, while Rin and Shidou somehow being unstoppable and toxic at the same time was peak Blue Lock energy. Don’t skip this one.

Animation stays minimal, but strong direction and tension carry it. Isagi’s growth and link-up moments shine, especially under pressure from Rin. Feels like mental chess intense, calculated, and building toward a big payoff.

Ok, so the animation is once again minimal, but the direction on this episode, it's very good. They somehow made that moment enjoyable even though they only used still frames. People won't notice cuz they hid the fact that there's no movement very well.

isagi trying to find his place among the top six was so stressful. i loved the moment when hiori gave him that perfect pass and told him to just reflect his own ego. the way the screen turned all fractured and blue when isagi finally saw the path to the goal was awesome.

The pacing explodes here. Individual rivalries finally collide on the field, and every play feels calculated. It’s intense without being chaotic.

Mental chess on the field. Every slip could end it 🚫 Isagi refuses to stay average while Rin dominates. Tension crackles in every play, and the stakes feel higher than ever. Animation kinda down tho.

Here the episode takes a slower pace than the previous ones It.
Explaining tactics and so on. While the animation doesnt feel as smooth too. Though this episode focuses on Isagi, but it's basically noise and I am not so happy about this episode

What I liked is the way Isagi tries to force a connection instead of begging for one, he’s basically building a bridge with his own body while Karasu keeps him locked up.

Isagi enters the "Flow" state. Visuals use "visual flair" to show his increased speed and focus. Suspense explodes as Isagi steals the game-winning goal from his own star teammates

The animation is still awful, which really sucks because Isagi has a pretty hype moment that lowkey gets ruined by it pretty much just being the manga panel zooming in with effects slapped on top. W passing from Hiori tho.
