That street fighter background in Yukio's game world was such a cool surprise and it made the training feel way less repetitive than the usual fighting scenes

Ginjo is being way too brutal with Ichigo in that digital dimension and you really have to wonder if he is actually trying to help or if he has some ulterior motive

Rukia showing up right after Urahara and Isshin were talking about their big secret plan is the only thing that matters and it changes the whole outlook on this training session

I am actually screaming because Rukia is finally back and her hair looks so good with that new shorter style plus she looks like she might actually be a lieutenant now

I am so confused about why Tsukishima did not just kill them when he had the chance and he clearly has something bigger planned for Ichigo and the others

Tsukishima is definitely up to something, because he could have ended Riruka and Yukio right there but he just walked away instead

I really felt for Orihime when Riruka was being mean to her, but her resolve to keep healing Ichigo despite the pressure shows how much she has grown as a person

Urahara and Isshin are definitely hiding something huge from Ichigo and having Rukia involved makes it even more intense since she is the one who started everything for him

You see those health bars and it feels like a completely different show but the way Yukio just locks them in his game world is such a weirdly cool move for this series

It feels like the plot is finally moving now that Rukia showed up because Isshin and Urahara have been acting way too suspicious lately with their secret meetings

The pixelated effects when Yukio used Invaders Must Die were such a creative change of pace and they actually fit the weird atmosphere this arc has been going for so far

It took Uryu long enough to ask Orihime for healing and the timing feels so awkward after he just sat there with those injuries for so many episodes

Seeing Orihime shut Riruka down like that was everything and she is finally showing so much more backbone about being the one to protect Ichigo while he trains his powers

I can't believe they actually brought Rukia back at the very end like that and I am so curious to see her new look since they teased it with Isshin and Urahara

I can't even focus on the training because seeing Isshin and Urahara whispering about some final stage and then Rukia showing up just changed everything for me. It feels like the Soul Society is finally making a move behind the scenes and I need to know why they are keeping secrets from Ichigo while he is struggling with Yukio's game

Ichigo is struggling way more than usual to get his powers back and it makes the pacing feel sluggish compared to how fast he mastered bankai

Yukio having a fullbring that is just a video game console feels like such a cheat and the six health points rule is weird for a fight like this
sheik_263's avatar
sheik_263
Yukio being able to trap people in a digital dimension and control the environment feels like a bit of a stretch for this series. I know fullbring is supposed to be unique, but setting specific health bars for a real fight is just wild. It feels very convenient for the plot right now while Ichigo is still trying to learn the basics of his new form

Tsukishima just walking away from Yukio and Riruka makes him seem so much scarier than a typical villain because you never know what he is actually planning to do next

I am actually glad Ichigo is struggling to learn his Fullbring instead of just getting a random power up because Ginjo is clearly on another level compared to him right now

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 354 of 366, this lands deep in the Fullbring arc's training phase, following Ichigo's initial steps toward mastering his new abilities in the prior episode. Ginjo's role as mentor continues to develop here, building the dynamic that will become critical as the series races toward its final stretch. The groundwork laid in this high-pressure training sequence directly sets up the confrontations and power reveals that define the closing episodes.
