I couldn't believe Ulquiorra had the nerve to tell Ichigo that Orihime belonged to the hollows, like, wow, talk about a dramatic psychological blow right to the gut. His absolute confidence in that declaration, knowing it would crush Ichigo, made him seem even more terrifying and solidified for me just how truly unfeeling he was.
