I honestly didn't expect to see Renji in such a light, but his ridiculous back-and-forth with the girl and those baboon spirits was just so surprisingly human. It made me realize he's not just some loud, hot-headed fighter; there's definitely a more complex, almost tender side to him I hadn't given him credit for.
