This episode didn't land as well as I thought it would. Fugeleon really has charisma though !! He immediately commanded the Crimson Lions the minute he woke up. His POV on William makes me wonder what he thinks about Licht doing all this..

Wait didn't the salamander from Fana.. pop like a balloon?? WDYM it disappeared it died in front of you lil bro..

Fugeleon's awakened powers make the wait feel super well-earned! His personality remains the same, even after being betrayed by a fellow captain. He's easily one of the most charismatic characters in the story, despite his little dialogue and minute appearances.

Fuegoleon waking up and getting the salamander spirit is the best thing this show has done in months

I really thought Leo was a goner until his brother showed up with that massive fire dragon behind him

Salamander choosing Fuegoleon makes so much sense and that fire limb looks way better than his old arm

whoa, that new music track when asta finally came back totally made my jaw drop! it seriously amped up the whole fight, making me feel like the tides were finally turning in their favor.

Leopold trying to sense that air magic while the other knights were getting beat down made the captain showing up feel much more earned, even if the fight was quick

Randall getting taken out so fast was kind of funny after how much trouble he gave the rest of the squad

I seriously shouted when that fire arm formed because Fuegoleon is finally back in the game where he belongs

my brain actually short circuited because Fuegoleon looks like a total god with that spirit and I really didnt think he would wake up this soon to save Leo

Leo trying his hardest to protect the squad against his own vice captain was rough to watch but he really showed he has the potential to be a total powerhouse later on

The spirit design for Salamander looked a bit rough in some of the wide shots but the close ups of Fuegoleon waking up from his coma were handled perfectly

Fuegoleon getting back into the fight makes up for that one-sided beating from Patri earlier, and the fire arm looks absolutely incredible despite how weird the dragon looked in some shots.

Randall was tossing the entire Crimson Lion squad around like it was nothing and things looked really ugly until the fire spirit showed up out of nowhere plus the detail about William intentionally sparing Fuegoleon back then makes you wonder what is actually going on in that head of his while everyone else in the kingdom is turning into an elf

You can really tell how much weight Fuegoleon carries just from that new music track and how it fits his return way better than the old themes

Seeing all the Golden Dawn members turn was pretty depressing, but I felt so hyped when Fuegoleon finally stood up with that literal wing of fire to save his brother

The animation for Salamander looked a little bit weird in some shots, but Fuegoleon having a fire arm made up for it because he looks incredible

I got actual chills when Fuegoleon walked in with that fire arm and just completely shut Randall down because he looks like an absolute beast now with Salamander by his side

William is basically just a tool for Patri at this point. It makes the Wizard King look bad for trusting him so much with the Golden Dawn
