The 4 black bull's members have great battle chemistry, I didn't expect them to be so OP when working together. Although afterwards, It felt a little unfulfilling when the Eye of the Midnight Sun actually stole something. Like all that work was for nothing!

you see the entire black bulls base get up and walk around like a giant robot and suddenly it feels like a mecha show but henry is just too good

that petit clover skit at the end was hilarious because they basically just did a super mario parody out of nowhere

some of those shots of yuno looked really weird and off model like it was a filler episode or something even though the rest of the fight looked fine

i still think sally is totally insane but she is easily one of the most fun characters whenever she is on screen and making everything more chaotic

getting a glimpse of mereoleona again just builds up the excitement to see her actually start wrecking people, because her magic is on a completely different level

Gauche and Grey working together to protect their home felt so earned and it really proves that the black bulls are more of a family than any other squad

Hearing Gordon actually speak up and watching Grey overcome her shyness to help Gauche was such a massive growth moment for the two weirdest members of the squad

I was really pulling for them to keep that magic stone and it sucks they lost it at the end but seeing Henry finally come out of the shadows made it worth it because the way he looks out for the base while everyone is gone is heart breaking and I hope he gets to go on missions soon with the squad

My heart broke seeing Henry in that flashback since he was just waiting to die in that old house until Yami showed up and gave him a reason to live

Watching that magic stone get taken at the end is stressful, and you just want to see the Wizard King finally step in to handle Licht once and for all

The cgi for the raging black bull actually looked decent and seeing a giant house punch a gel salamander was the kind of chaos this show does best

I finally understand why the hideout kept changing shapes and it makes me so sad that Henry had to live alone for so long just because of his mana drain thing

It made me so happy to see Asta being the only one who could actually hang out with Henry since he has no magic to be stolen and he really is the best boy for being his friend

The way Henry waited years for Asta to visit because he was the only one with no magic to steal is such a gut punch and Henry deserves the world after being alone so long
