he fight that no one expected will turn out to be a win-or-lose situation. That's how this episode makes you feel while watching it, all the characters have different development from bored to active, like they want to show off, and it's giving more intense pressure to the next

it’s more chill and talk-heavy than action-packed. It focuses a lot on mindset and the philosophy behind the fights, which is actually pretty interesting. The vibe is kind of moody and relaxed after all the intense scenes.

Less about punches, more about mindset. The dialogue here hits different, visuals go moody, pretty chill after an episode loaded with fights.

The choreography here is top-tier, focusing on the "invisible" nature of Musashi’s strikes—the concept of being cut without a blade... but yeah that's it, this episode feels so one-dimensional to me. Yikes.

I actually love the exploration of combat philosophy in this one, the constant push and pull between survival and dominance. It's a nice afterthought after all that action.

The episode had long dialogue expositions which made it hard to pay attention to; it mostly explained techniques rather than showing them; making it feel more like a lecture.

Baki didn't appear at all in this episode; while I understand there are other plot points and character arcs, it seems the focus of the series is elsewhere.

That short bit of Kaku with swords was a nice addition to add a little visual variety in this episode. But other than that, this one is skippable.

I know the fight is coming up but this is dragging on more than it should. Sure, preparation is important but still, the dialogues are just flying over my head at this point.

At least someone sensible comes along and talks with Tokugawa about the elephant in the room (which is Musashi), but sadly that part felt unproductive and hence unnecessary. Hopefully the next episode picks up.

A solid installment. The focus on mindset and reaction keeps you hooked.

You can see each fighter’s “read” on Musashi and on each other. The tactical interplay is satisfying for martial arts nerds. LOL

The camera work emphasizes angles and spacing, showing how Musashi evaluates opponents without a word. Chef's kiss!

Nothing particularly thrilling happened in this episode other than the training and that scene with Musashi practicing with a katana, but it served as a solid foundation for the upcoming battles.

It was a training-focused episode for the fighters who will face off in the next episode. The dialogue was well-delivered, effectively setting the tone for the intense fight to come.

Musashi is a beast—I said it. How are they supposed to take on someone who’s practically been resurrected? This episode did a great job of building the atmosphere and tension for the upcoming fight.

This was a very setup-heavy episode, but it was paced well. Most of the moment in this episode involved training with very little payoff but the tone of the scene made it feel like it had more to it than what was actually there.

EPISODE CONTEXT

This talk-heavy episode trades action for philosophical depth, building tension around Musashi's invisible strikes, but Scouts found the extensive dialogue made it a slow watch.
