Milkitto is chained, clad in a tattered maid outfit, her bare feet resting on a bed of sharp spikes. Den gloats about the hidden room and the impossibility of rescue.

Den's cruelty intensifies as she approaches a table laden with instruments of torture, selecting large shears with painted fingers.
