It was an unimpressive ep. The first half was action-packed but felt that the impact was not strong enough to have a convincing action and the chase was unsatisfying and ended up rather confusing and silly. The char development of the leads didn't progress and the pacing remains dragging yet again. The animation quality was poor, particularly the scene where Keiya swam to the surface.
