Fate is a web of routes and continuities, not a sequence. Start in the Fate/stay night world — Unlimited Blade Works, then the Zero prequel, then Heaven's Feel. Everything else (Grand Order, the alternate timelines, the spin-offs) is a separate doorway you can open later.
