Sudou is so competent at his job while also being the one to help Saki with her side hustle. It makes for such a strange dynamic that works for the story

Six minutes is way too short for an episode when the tension is this high. You just want to see how they manage to stay professional during their next meeting at work

The josei perspective really comes through in the way the characters interact. It feels way more grounded than those other adult shows that just focus on the action without any build up

It's hilarious to me how Sudou handles the testing, he stays so composed while Saki is basically losing her mind over the XL size

Watching Sudou act all professional at work and then seeing how he behaves during the testing is such a huge contrast. It makes the workplace scenes feel so much more risky

Saki trying to justify this as just a part time job is the funniest thing ever. Anyone can see she is actually falling for him and Sudou is definitely not helping
calamity_ganon_297's avatar
calamity_ganon_297
The short runtime is the only bad thing about this. The chemistry between Saki and Sudou is actually getting better and better with every new scene they share together
espadada_grimmjow_460's avatar
espadada_grimmjow_460
I can't believe Saki really went through with the testing after all that drinking. Sudou being her boss makes the whole thing so much more tense than a normal romance show

I was really surprised by how the dynamic shifted in this one because Saki is finally starting to see Sudou as more than just a strict boss who makes her life hard at the office. Watching them navigate the actual condom testing part was pretty awkward, but the way they talked afterward made the relationship feel like it has some actual weight now

You have to wonder how long they can keep this secret at the office. Sudou is starting to look at her totally differently now that they have this weird side job arrangement
adjuchas_ace_478's avatar

Sudou handling the situation is pretty funny, and Saki losing her cool so easily makes the whole product testing excuse even funnier than the pilot

The ending was so bold and seeing them almost get caught in the break room makes the office dynamic feel way more risky than before

Saki getting so flustered when she tried to act professional really stood out because her boss just kept pushing her buttons and being so forward about his size

Sudou asserting his dominance during the testing is exactly what the show needed and the art looks way better than the first episode
misato_katsuragi's avatar
misato_katsuragi
The animation actually looks decent for this kind of show, and the way Sudou dominates every scene makes the romance feel much more aggressive than the first two episodes

I was laughing so hard at Sudou talking so much during that office scene and his confidence about the condom size is hilarious

My face was bright red when he said he would satisfy her better than anyone else because he sounded so confident

Watching her try to explain the condom sizes while he just stands there looking smug made that whole scene hilarious

That scene in the bedroom really showed why they call him the demon boss and he is definitely not holding back anymore

hakuda_hero_473
I really thought the office setting would make things awkward, but Sudou just doesn't care at all and it was hilarious when he challenged her to keep a straight face during the meeting after what happened, so the tension is actually pretty good for a short show and Saki trying to remain professional while he smirks at her is just classic

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off Episode 2's pivot toward genuine intimacy between Saki and Keisuke, Episode 3 deepens that connection while raising the emotional stakes and testing both characters' resolve. At the series' midpoint approach, this episode functions as a turning point — consolidating what's been built while laying groundwork for the possessive intensity teased in Episode 4, 'I Don't Want Another Man to Touch You.'
