Similar to the first otaku episode but taken to another level. Kukumi and Yuuri's collaboration on their first manga is wholesome and heartwarming, wrapped up with a fulfilling ending. The unexpected Morihito transition adds great comedy. A well-written and entertaining episode.

Wholesome. The earlier part of the episode where the two nerds spoke about their hobby was a little boring (like a previous episode with them) but I was pleasantly surprised. Some people might call it filler, but their journey was really cute and it had great moments.

The student-teacher relationship bloomed very well. They support each other and accomplish something truly amazing. I really like how the animation and plot points indicate the characters (Nico & Moi) who stood firm in troubling situations and helped each other to solve them.

Weird katakana at the end of sentences デス(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵) and strange emojis 😁💦❓❗ The vibes are sus and it’s a teacher’s job to protect her student! This ep is fandom culture done RIGHT: the accuracy is absolutely ON POINT. Top-tier ep that highlights modern Japanese otaku culture!

Love letter to the "mess behind the magic"—the hard work, the screw-ups, and the friends you make along the way. It’s appealing because it proves that what matters most isn't just sales or perfection, but the shared experience of creating something together.

Extremely relatable episode about art boothing and art content creation. And I absolutely love how Nico saved the day in interesting ways nya

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 23 of 25, this installment pivots from the whimsical standalone adventures of episode 22 — which featured a shrinking mishap and festival antics — into the 'Crazy Event Arc,' grounding the comedy in fan culture and creative collaboration. It establishes Makuwa and Kuku's doujinshi project and event preparations as the connective tissue heading into the season's final stretch. With only two episodes remaining, this arc serves as a late-season character showcase before the series wraps up.
