It could have been better. Queen's arc concluded too fast without exploring the motivations that push her to become X nor did she clash ideologically with Bowa to allow any satisfying conclusion between their conflict outside of flashy epic fight

Art is really good and cool combined with great background sound in this episode, BATTLE SCENE feels very long and every second of the fight is EPIC, do they not run out of budget for animation THIS GOOD in one episode!? overall it’s really PEAK.

Queen’s fighting style is so neat and precise, no messy aftermath here! The fight choreography is top-tier, though the frameskips can be a bit jarring. Sad to see certain characters pushed down such a dark path, though. The tone is heavy.

Talk about a reality check! Watching Queen’s confidence shatter after being defeated by the mystery man was brutal but great for her growth. The Bowa vs. Queen fight is peak animation. Absolutely crazy!

This episode is a split for me. On one hand, the animation in the fight scene is very good and consistent with the fight scenes that came before it. On the other hand, the reason the fight starts is stupid and childish. This one is a meh for me.

Queen's comeback after her loss is really satisfying. The fight against Bowa is brutal and the animation is seriously fluid. The episode shows more of that not all heroes manipulative but there is also who loves to support. It is a great and deep episode, great arc overall!

I'll admit, this may be my least favorite episode of the entire series. And, at the same time, I still love it. It was good. But my main complaint is after the first ten minutes, there was a fight scene that ate up a lot of the runtime without progressing the story forward.

Insane plot twists and battles. Unexpected end to certain situations. And the overall plot thickens. Feels like the over arching plot from the first arc is starting to show abit.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the exact halfway mark of 24 episodes, 'Fall of the Star' serves as a critical pivot following Queen's rise in 'Road to the Crown' — flipping her momentum and forcing a reckoning with defeat. This episode bridges the aspirational first half with what comes next, directly setting up 'Tough Girl' and a new phase of character dynamics and challenges. It's the emotional fulcrum of the season, where the consequences of the Hero Tournament reshape the story's direction.
