Hold up… Natsuki is Sensei’s ex?! I definitely didn’t see that coming

Ouri is inspired by Natsuki's advice, so definitely rooting for Ouri to at least give it a shot. Utage is also putting more thoughts on her relationship with Tamon as Tamon is also actively pursuing Utage now. Everything is progressing without any drag on so definitely excited.

Natsuki reveal was insane 😳angel image vs messy reality hits hard. Asuka being his ex?? plot twist fr 🔥. Tamon motivating him was wholesome tho 🥹. This ep mixed chaos, comedy & hidden feels perfectly.

As we can see, Asuki is a fan of Natsuki Itabashi and hopes to become the angel of F/ACE. After school, Utage cleans Tamon's apartment and discovers that Natsuki is the songwriter for the idol group. It's a romantic scene for him.

We finally see Natsuki's B-side and it's a complete 180 holy moly. His lose of motivation is pretty relatable though his heavy smoking, drinking, and gambling aren't lol.

My inner says, “What the… is that really Natsuki?” Well, since the story revolves around the B-side of each F/ACE member so moving on, I can relate to him, even without any inspiration. This episode was just hilarious because of Natsuki’s real face.

Natsuki’s B-side is totally different—like a full 180°! We also meet a new character who seems super close to Natsuki 😱 Can’t wait to learn their backstory. The story’s still rolling and the comedy’s still spot-on.

We finally get to see Natsuki's B-side, plus an unexpected character twist! The show succeeds because of its interesting side characters, but Tamon & Utage are very strong leads also. Their relationship deepens in this ep and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

This is personally the best b-side explored as of yet! The writing is well-structured and there's so much relevances in the actual entertainment industry here, especially that reveal at the end. Can't wait for the next one!

The writing and plot points in this episode gave so much variety and it surprisingly didn't feel overloaded. And it's heartwarming that the narrative shows that the characters are also aware of Tamon's development arc.

The pacing in this episode is great, a lot was happening but it didn't feel rushed or overwhelming. And the comedic dialogue and expressions are on point as always

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 10 of 13, this installment transitions F/ACE's summer getaway from the competitive daytime activities of episode 9 into nighttime territory, using horror-comedy chaos to strip away Tamon's emotional armor. The frantic, vulnerable moments here serve as crucial groundwork, lowering his defenses and setting the stage for the more introspective, emotionally honest beats the final stretch of the season will demand. With only three episodes remaining, the show is clearly using this lighter fare to position its characters for a meaningful payoff.
