EPISODE CONTEXT
Episodes 8 and 9 planted the penal unit deep in the District of Sodrick for covert intelligence work; episode 10 detonates that setup, launching the Port City Ioff arc into its climax with a large-scale evacuation scenario. As the tenth of twelve episodes, this is the season entering its endgame—the first half of what appears to be a two-part crescendo before the final stretch. Everything uncovered during the investigation now has immediate, physical consequences that will carry directly into episode 11.
